Stuffed
minute steak served with spaghetti and tomato sauce

slices a 150 g of tender beef done as minute steaks
Basil leaves

g bread crumbs

g mozzarella cheese

for frying

kg of cooked spaghetti

tomato sauce
Heat some of the oil in a frying pan and fry the vegetables.
Season the vegetables with the peppers and salt according to
your taste and set aside to cool down.
In
the middle of each minute steak, add some basil leaves,
slices of the cheese and some of the stuffing.

Sprinkle some bread crumbs on the stuffing and roll the
steaks into tight parcels.
Preheat oven to 250 c.
Roll the stuffed steaks in flour and fry in hot oil.

Move the steaks into oven proved dish and cook for 10 – 15
minutes.
Serve the stuffed steaks with hot spaghetti and tomato sauce
and garnish with pistacchio and basil leaves.
