Prawns
Pasta
Serves 4
400 g half cooked
pasta
200 g raw peeled
prawns
3 tbsp olive oil
1 onion,
diced
2 cloves
garlic, crushed
2 small hot
chilies
1 dl fish stock
2 dl good tomato
sauce
2 dl cream
1 dl white wine
(optional)
Parmesan
cheese, black pepper, salt and basil leaves
In a large frying
pan, heat olive oil and fry the onion, garlic and crushed
chilies.
Add the prawns, and
salt according to taste. Stir well.
Pour in the tomato
sauce, white wine and the fish stock.. Cook for 3-5 minutes
over low heat.
Add the pasta and
continue cooking for another 3 minutes. Add cream and mix
well.
Serve hot,
preferably straight from the pan. Sprinkle parmesan flakes
on the pasta and garnish with
fresh ground black pepper and basil leaves.
