Spicy Lamb on skewer
4 portions
This is very
easy!
600 g fillet of
lamb cut into suitable pieces
Marinade:
1 tsp crushed
garlic
2 tsp chopped
fresh ginger
1 tbsp fresh
coriander, chopped
4 tbsp fresh
lemon juice
4 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp ground
turmeric
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp cayenne
pepper
2 tsp grated
onion
salt
Make the
marinade by combining all the ingredients in
a bowl, and set aside for 15 minutes.
Marinate the
lamb fillets for 2 hour.
Skewer the
fillets on 4 skewers ( 1/person) or on 8
skewers (2/person).
Take the lamb
out of the fridge 30 min. before cooking.
Grill or fry the
lamb skewers evenly, but do not over cook
them.
Serve with rice,
grilled or sauté vegetables of your choice
and chili salsa. |
