Crayfish
Enjoy crayfish, the speciality of the season in the company of good
friends, good wine and schnaps.
If you don not like the process of cooking crayfish while they are alive,
you can buy ready cooked and frozen ones.
For 4 people you will need:
40 crayfish
4 l water
3 tbsp sugar
150
g salt
dill sprigs ( preferably crown dill )
In a big kettle, bring the water containing sugar, salt and dill to the
boil.
Continue boiling the water for 5 minutes and add the crayfish.
Cook the crayfish for 8-10 minutes.
Remove kettle from the heat and let the crayfish cool down in the same
liquid.
Serve the completely cooled crayfish with toast and butter
