Chocolate and hazel nuts tart Photo: H.Turbi 10-12 portions 250 g butter 250 g dark chocolate 3.7 dl sugar 8 eggs (whites and yolks separated) 3.5 dl toasted and crushed hazel nuts Melt butter, chocolate and sugar in pan-Marie. Whip whites and yolks separately. Add hazel nuts to chocolate mixture. Add egg yolks and mix. Pour in the egg whites and combine all ingredients well. Transfer mixture to a greased and flour-dusted tart tin. Bake for 50 minutes (150c) Let the tat cool down completely and serve with vanilla sauce. In this picture, I have this tart cut in portions, served with strawberries and strawberry sauce in addition to vanilla sauce
