Barbeque mix..straight
from the grill, with the taste of summer!
Serves 4
You can use the meat you prefer,
reduce to only one kind or substitute lamb fillet with lamb chops and so
on. What is important in cooking
in addition to good quality of
ingredients is to cook with pleasure and the use of imagination.

chicken breasts
400 g sirloin (beef)
400 g lamb fillet
300 g zuchiini
300 g bell pepper
(paprika)
300 g onions
200 g fresh mushrooms
Basting sauce
½ cup chopped shallots
½ cup olive oil
2 table spoons Dijon mustard
½ cup lemon juice
1 crushed garlic
1 tbsp chopped fresh thyme
1 tbsp chopped fresh mint
salt & black pepper
Combine all ingredients for the
basting sauce and mix well.
Cut the vegetables in small pieces
and arrange them on skewers.
Cut the meat into suitable pieces
for the skewer or as thin steaks.
Brush vegetables and the meat with
the basting sauce. Cover and refrigerate.
The grill should be on at least 15
min. before you start grilling.
Grill the BBQ-mix basting it every
now and then with the sauce.
Remember to take the meat and the
vegetables into room temperature 20 minutes before you want to see them on
the grill.
Try to avoid the mistake many of us
tend to do, especially when grilling and socializing at the same time, Don’t
over cook what you grilling!
Serve the BBQ-mix garnished with
chopped parsley, lemon wedges and accompanied with green salad.
